Here is a short history of our company:
In 1959 Mr. Leo Buehler founded the company in Zuerich as a specialty precision metal work facility.
Important events in the company history are:
- 1964: Move to a new manufacturing facility in Schwyz
- 1978: The company goes public
- 1987: A manufacturing subsidiary in Muotathal is added
- 2000: Expansion of the Muotathal manufacturing surface by 1'200 m2
Maschinenbau Buehler AG specializes in machining, finishing and testing of high precision mechanical components and sub-assemblies primarily for a demanding international clientèle in the high voltage switchgear and transformer industry.
